When you purchase an internet stamp, we maintain a copy of it on your  www.internetstamps.net account for 30 days so you can download  it and save it locally. We highly recommend that keep a copy of the stamp on a portable media. So in the event that you loose data on your hard drive you can use the backed up copy.

However if it it stolen, you can contact centipaid including the stamp itself, and its proof of purchase (which is provided to the user at the time of purchase) and we will stop further use of the stamp, and make  arrangments to transfer the funds to a new stamp.
